Two Waldenstrom’s macroglobulinemia Support Group meetings will held in Texas on May 19, 2007 (Dallas) and May 20,2007 (Houston). Jerry Fleming ( JLIB_HTML_CLOAKING ) and Lawrence Cottle ( JLIB_HTML_CLOAKING ), the IWMF Support Group chapter leaders of Dallas, TX and John and Barbara Manousso ( JLIB_HTML_CLOAKING ), the IWMF Support Group chapter leaders of Houston, TX, are orchestrating this event. Further details of the event will be revealed in the near future. Dr Treon will be the guest speaker who will spend an hour educating and updating the group on WM and its advances, biology and therapies. Following, there will be a question & answer period with him.
During the event, the Bing Center for Waldenstrom’s macroglobulinemia will organize a familial Studies and Cholesterol Studies lab.
